The park is fully-fenced, with 0.84 acres of cleared, wooded land (no grass). ***Please be mindful of potential ground hazards as the area is not groomed In fall and winter, leaves and any snow are not cleared and left in their natural state on the ground. *** If you are sensitive to wildlife and insects, this listing may not be the right fit. Due to local wildlife, please be mindful of your pups. We spray pesticide only on poison oak and poison ivy (if we notice any).

There should never be any other dogs in the park during your reserved time except those in your booking. If there are, please message us immediately.

There is a small, level, dirt driveway right off the road. In front of the entry gate. Look for the sign Blue Ridge Private Dog Park Parking.

The entry gate is accessed by a coded lock. The code will be provided through Sniffspot messaging approximately 2 hours prior to your reserved time. 

Welded wire mesh. But of course, be mindful if your pup is a little escape artist.

Approximately 20 minutes from Sum Fun. Right across the road from The Bear's Creek Retreat.

Possibly anything that lives in the North Georgia mountains or in a creek. Mainly squirrels and deer, but of course there is other forest-life.

Sniffspot is people's private land rented out by the hour for safe exercise and training in the safety of a private dog park. More details on sniffspot.com

We offer a picnic table in a shaded area. We aim to provide POOP BAGS for guests but, just in case, please have some on hand.  Please CLEAN UP - take all food- human and pup (grab all kibble and treats, off the ground, too!), garbage and waste with you to help provide a safe and comfortable experience for the next guests. (There is no public trash service available for the area.)  Bring sufficient WATER for your pup as none is available on-site.
