- Please note that a minimum order of $35 is required.  

 - Orders can be made up to 7 days in advance but must be placed no later than 1 day prior to check-in. 

- Set the pick-up time for 9:00 AM on your arrival date. 

For any issues with orders (e.g., accuracy, quality, payment/refunds, cancellations, changes), please reach out to Ingles. We will just pick up the order per your email, and stock the groceries in the cabin for a convenient start to your stay!

There is a $75 charge for pick-up and stocking your cabin. This fee must be paid prior to scheduled date of pick up. We’ll ensure your groceries are put away in your cabin before you arrive.

THE TRANSPLANTED COWGIRL is the girl who always has her horses and dogs by her side and a camera in her hand freezing moments otherwise forgotten. With almost 20 years of experience, award-winning work, and multiple publications, her portfolio includes striking photographs of equine, pets and portraits plus stunning wedding photography. In addition, she also offers beautiful artwork, handmade crafts and custom pet portraits for clients worldwide.

The Transplanted Cowgirl requires a $25 non-refundable retainer and a contract is required at booking with remaining balance paid at least 24 hours prior to photoshoot.  Sessions may be rescheduled (per contract), subject to cabin and dog park availability.
